Color Coding Email Files

I am unable to color code files I make in my email.  Any help out there on how to do this?  Thank you.

Re: Color Coding Email Files

If you are still on the old email format, there is no way to color code or otherwise flag messages.  If you are on the new format, select a message in the list and then in the toolbar click on the icon that looks like a small pennant and you will see a drop-down with your color options-----------------------

Re: Color Coding Email Files

Hello.  I don't want to color code messges.  I was able to color code the file folder before.  Now I can't.  So at this point Comcast is useless to me as they now have the same format as Hotmail.  They have made the email so generic that I may as well just have a free one with hotmail.  I am in the process of doing that and will be cancelling comcast.  Thank you.
