Since the disaster Comcast calls the new Email format in mid February I have been on Chat Support and regular call in Support many many times.  Today was the 3rd time someone on Chat support reset my modem WITHOUT and mention of discussing it or even suggesting it.  I had finished my chat, with no mention of resetting the modem, and was on a long distance telephone call when the line with dead.


If this happens one more time I'm leaving Comcast and filing complaints with every agency I can fine including City regulators.
