Change username

I am an user in my mom's account.  About a month ago I changed my username.  Then yesterday I needed to access my old email account so I switched my username back to the old one.    Today I wanted to change it back to the new one however, it won't let me.  I called the Comcast phone support and they said I could do this no problem but clearly that is not the case.  It is very important that I get this username back.

When you change the Username, the old Username is held for 90 days, then re-released to be available to anyone.

You can try calling 1-800 comcast again, hopefully get another Rep and explain what you did and see if that Rep will re- issue your old Username back to you.
If you note in the directions when changing a username, it does tell what will happen if you change yourvUsername.
