Certificate not valid

Certificate not valid

Again, I'm getting a message that the certificate is rejected when I try to send email from Eudora on my desktop.

 

This is the third time that the certificate has been adjusted without notifying users.  Please fix this or tell me how I should!

We did notify users, please see:

Fixing Euroda can be tedious due to the way it handles certificates, but the instructions in the link above should work.

 

Please let us know if you still can't send.

If you consider posting that link as ample notification, you are wrong.  Fortunately Google found this complaint and from there I was able to find your link to the blog that explains how to fix it.

 

You should update your Eudora instructions:

http://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/internet/eudora-setup/

 

to include the information on:

Still can't send.

 

Notification should be to me personally, at my email address.  I have no reason to read the forums unless I have trouble. 

 

As I do now.

 

This had happened before, inadequate notification, no fix.
