Cannot send or reply to e-mails

Cannot send or reply to e-mails

I have been unable to send e-mails because when I choose the person from my address book it comes up with a X beside the persons name in send to.

Are you clicking on the X or just canceling the email?

 

The X shows up besides everyone's name.  Just click on Send and you should be fine.
