Cannot find the (1) email as indicated in INBOX(1)

My INBOX shows I have one more email to read, yet I cannot find it.  Is there a search unread email command that I can jump to "that" email?  Thanks.

If you're sure you don't have any new emails, just ignore the number.  Or, try refreshing the email page and see if it clears it.

Re: Cannot find the (1) email as indicated in INBOX(1)

Unfortunately that INBOX(1) residue caused my iPhone mailtool to show a red (1), which is annoying.  I wonder whether Comcast email offers anything like "Search for Unread Email" or Mark All - Mark Read (not Mark UnRead) function as on iPhone.  Thanks.

Yes there is.  On the phone, from the Home screen tap the Mail icon.  Then tap your Comcast account.  Then in the upper right hand corner of the sscreen tap Edit.  Then in the lower left hand corner tap "Mark All",   then tap "Mark as Read".
