Cannot connect to the xfi app on computer or mobile

Cannot connect to the xfi app on computer or mobile

I receive the "upgrade your equipment" when I try to connect to the xfi app.  I just received my Arris 1682G gateway yesterday and have restarted my gateway many times.  Still to connectivity.  Wifi is fine and internet works, just can't get to the app

Hi eugonem, I can assist you with getting your modem working with your app. To do so I will need more information from you, can you please send me a private message with your full address, account number, and MAC address from the back of your modem by clicking my name (ComcastAmir) and then clicking "private message me"?

Turns out my old modem was still on the account and had to be removed. Thanks Comcast!
