Cannot Access My Email...AGAIN - Sep 30, 2016

I cannot access my email...AGAIN! It keeps trying to connect but to no avail. Is anyone else having this problem?

N/A

Yes!  All the POP3 settings are correct and the test works. I can retrieve mail from the server via the Xfinity mail program in a web browser but NOT MY OUTLOOK 2016.

I also cannot receive emails via my Outlook. I guess it's a Comcast problem.

The problem appears to be fixed at 11:30.  Keeping my fingers crossed. ☺

Non stop problems since they went with the new email format.  They really need to get it fixed!

I agree.  I just checked and the email is not connecting again. I guess this is going to be an on and off thing all day.  NOT GOOD COMCAST!

My email has been working now for about a week.  Ever since they went to this new format it is on again, off again and is really annoying. Since yours does work on your iphone and other browser, perhaps the problem is with Chrome.  When I had the problem it didn't work on Firefox, IE or my phone.
