Can you have an alias for your e-mail account

I don't want to set up an account for another family member.  At work most people have two or three e-mail address but they all go to the same account, the 'extra' are called aliases.  Can one set up an alias on comcast/infinity e-mail?

Re: Can you have an alias for your e-mail account

The above is correct.  I talked to support and the only thing you can do is use one your subaccounts and name it the other e-mail, then forward it to the account.

Comcast email has no provision for using aliases. Yahoo, Outlook.com and Mail.com all have it to one extent or another.  I'm sure there's others too.
