Can't view last month's emails

Can't view last month's emails

This is March and I am unable to see my emails from February or earlier. When I scroll down, I can see emails from March and then it goes straight to 2014 emails. What is going on here?

You must check your EMAIL DELETION SCHEDULE.  The Schedule is set for the number of days before each Comcast Folders emails are deleted.  To check YOUR settings:

Go to the Inbox

Click on Preferences

Click on Email Settings

Scroll down to the Email Deletion Schedule and open it.  Look at the number of days each Folder is set to delete all email.  While there, make any changes you wish to make for each Folder.

Does that explain the missing email?

 

Do you ONLY use Xfinity Connect, or do you also use another email program, snartphone, or tablet as well?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
