Can't use Internet Explorer with comcast

Customer service says the problem is my computer, IE worked fine immediately before connecting to Comcast braodband.

Desktop is direct wired to modem, laptop won't connect to IE on WiFi, both worked fine before Comcast.

Certainly Comcast must be aware of issue and by now should have a fix or solution other than "use a different Browser"

Modem is  ARRIS  TG1682G

HW Version:  11.0

BOOT Version:  4.2.0.45

Core Version:  10.0.136

Product Type: XB3

Flash Part:  256MB

Download Version  10.0.136.SIP.PC20.CT

Re: Can't use Internet Explorer with comcast

What version of Windows, and what version of IE are you using?  I'm running Windows 10 and IE-11 on my laptop and it works just fine.
