Can't typeresposes to my emails

Everytime i try to respond to an email my key board does not work, as though someone is following my key strokes.

Immediately do a complete scan of your PC.  You may have picked up a key logger virus.  Post back the results of the scan.

 

I would also change your password and secret question.



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Please tell us your operating system, and which Antivirus product you are running.  If you think you may be infected with malware, please see the follwoing link for more info:
