Can't sort by individual sender. Now I have to look at everything to find them.

Can't sort by individual sender. Now I have to look at everything to find them.

I think the title says it all. What is going on? My emails don't load at all now. Before that I couldn't find a way to sort by sender.

Maybe you misunderstdand. In the old email I could right click on the sender and choose to see only emails from that sender. There is no longer that option that I know of...

In the new format, click on "Sort by" at the top of the Inbox message list,  "From" is one of the options.  It will present you with an alphabetical listing by sender.

I still can't sort my emails by sender!  I saw others had posted and weree told to go to the top, select from and that should work.  It doesn't!  I can't sort my emails any other way than by date.  That doesn'tv solve my problem, though!  It's frustrating to go through each & every email & then delete the ones I don't want.  Before, I could click & highlight then delete all of those I didn't want from that particulaar sender.  Can someone tell me what to do?  
Can Xfinity fix this?  Please!!!!!!
