Re: Can't send email

We need better information:  how are you accessing the email?  Are you using only the webmail UI with a browser?  Or are you on a smartphone or tablet or what?  Exactly what happens when you try to send?

Re: Can't send email

I am having the same trouble on the lap top.  I use windows 10 to open my email.  I can receive emails, but I cannot send them.  It tells me the file is too large or address is incorrect and sends it to the drafts folder.  I have double checked the address and am not sending any file, only a "test" message.  I have not made any changes to my account information.  Can you give any help?

Have you tried with more than one recipient?  What is the domain you are sending to?  Can you post the exact error message you are seeing? (don't put any personal information in it)
