Can't send email;

Frequent Visitor

Can't send email;

Problem has been happening for months.

 

Error: "An error occurred: the mail server sent an incorrect greeting"

 

I have checked and changed settings from all of Comcast support. Here:

Neither works.

 

I have Thunderbird 38.0.1 but it happened with 31

Windows 7 Home Premium

HP Pavilion dv7

 

Any ideas?
