Can't recieve e-mail from certain sender

Can't recieve e-mail from certain sender

An individual attempted several times to send me an e-mail and recieves a "message undeliverable" reply. He has tried sending new e-mails, replying to my e-mail messages, and verifying my @comcast.net address again. His still gets blocked, yet I continue to recieve other e-mails.

(Also I checked my spammed and junk e-mail folders and it is not there either.)

 

What could be going on? Is Comcast blocking this incoming e-mail? If so how can I get them to stop?
