Can't receive or send email from company email account

Can't receive or send email from company email account

Help!!!
Problem was intermittent on 2/4/15, then on 2/6/15 receive and send stopped working altogether. WiFi works fine for internet and other email accounts. IP and email server domain are NOT blacklisted.
- Have an Arris TM822G/CT cable modem concennect to an Apple Time Capsule Router. Xfinity home router connected to Time Capsule.
- No settings changed.
- I can receive/send on ATT LTE … and at my office on Comcast Business … so username and PW is definitely correct.
I've been reading about people having this problem — but no fix mentioned.
Help!!
