Can't print my e-mails

Can't print my e-mails

When I try to print an e-mail by clicking on the print icon, a new browser window is launched, but the window is blank. The printer dialogue box does automatically appear, but since there is nothing in the browser window, a blank page prints out with page 1 of 1 at the top and the line with nthe date prints out at the bottom. How can I resolve this problem? FYI...the printer works on every other application, just not on printing Comcast e-mails and this started when you changed the e-mail format.

Re: Can't print my e-mails

Try using a different browser.  I'm using Chrome on a Mac, and it works OK for me.  I can bring up the email using either the icon in the toolbar, or the Print command from the "hamburger" menu to the right of Delete in the message header.

Re: Can't print my e-mails

You're welcome.  One other thing----------you didn't say which browser you're using, but if you want to print using it instead of another one, try clearing the cache/browsing history in it and see if it then works for you.
