I can't get my email on my I phone only! It's ok on my laptop

Are you using the native Mail app that comes on the phone, or the Xfinity connect mobile app or what?  Try deleting the account from the phone, and then re-create it again from scratch.  Let the app auto-configure it for you after entering your user ID and password.
