Can't log in to email

Can't log in to email

Why can't I log in to my email?  Each time, it tells me the page cannot be displayed.  I was in there earlier today on the same computer, going in the same way I alway have.  Now, I can't see the My XFINITY menu at the top of the home screen and can't get in to my email at all.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if that works..
