Can't get into "My Account" using Chrome

"This site can’t be reached customer.xfinity.com unexpectedly closed the connection."

 

This is the message I get when trying to get into "my account" or using my preferred browser, google Chrome. Any help out there?

As a test, try two things-----------------

 


Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser to see if the same thing happens.

Thank you Latoque. I had tried other browswers, IE & ME, and both worked. Before I saw your answer I was actually on the phone with comcast support, and they told me the same thing you said: simply close out the browser and restart. It worked.

Worked for me as well. I actually didn't have to do a restart after clearing browser. This should be a suggestion with Comcast chat support. All they suggested was to use another browser, not to clear browser history.
