You have to set it up in the app itself.  You need to fill in the SMTP part

1. Find and open a recipe you want to share.

2. Click Options | Email Recipe. Note: The recipe you are sending will appear in the Recipes field at the bottom of the mail recipe window.

3. Type the email address of the person you want the recipe sent to in the “To” field.

4. Enter a subject and short message and then click Send.

5. If you get the following error, click OK then Setup.

6. With Use Default Settings selected, put in your full name (what you want displayed) and your email address, then Ok.

7. If that still doesn’t work, go back into Mail Setup and select Use My SMTP Settings. Fill out the required information. To find out what your mail provider’s settings are, do a search on the internet for: mail setup smtp
