Can't connect to e-mail from Bright House network

Can't connect to e-mail from Bright House network

I have been unable to connect to my comcast e-mail from the Bright House network from my computer for a week.

 

I took both computers to a persons house and was able to connect on the Verizon network.

 

I can get my e-mails on my smart phone (Samsung Galaxy 5).

 

I can login to comcast...but can not click on e-mail...the IE message is, Unable to display page

I am having the same problem!  

Any suggestions?  

 

Can Comcast Tech Support help me?  

If so, what is their phone number?  

 

One thing I don't want is to be on the phone for hours waiting for "customer service" and then trying to explain things to them.

I'm able to get to my e-mail using the solution proposed on another thread. Select the arrow to the right of e-mail (which is over on the the left when you sign into Comcast). This let's you select "view Inbox". It works...for now.
