I set up a new secondary account today and can't get to my email in it. I can log in, but when I click on the mail icon, it takes me back to what looks like the main Xfinity account page. I've tried several times. I can get to email for my original account, just not the new secondary one.
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
