Can't Receive Emails

I have not been able to receive any emails.  I can still send them, but even when I send them to myself as a test, I do not receive them in my inbox.  Recommendations?

From the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>>Email>>>>>>Safe List.  If that is enabled, nothing will get through except contacts you deliberately put on that list.   If it's on you need to disalbel it.
