Can't Access Email

Can't Access Email

I can login and access my account but when I go to my email a page comes up "Access requires Comcast High-Speed Internet"

 

Other threads here says that I need a tech to fix the backend.  It's funny it says that because obviously I have internet..I do have another email that everything gets forwarded to, so hopefulle I will get one if anybody replies.

That error message indicates that there is a coding problem in your account.  You have to call Comcast and have them fix it from their end.  There is nothing you can do to fix it yourself.
