Can only see emails back 15 days

i can only see emails back 15 days, i checked my settings and it is set to save all read emails forever- please help

If you are using the Full version of Xfinity Connect, go back to your Preferences and uncheck, then re-check NEVER.


You can look for deleted messages by RIGJHT clicking on your TRash Folder in the Inbox, choosing 'Recover delted email'.  A window opens showing you deleted email.  If you see any of the emails you lost, highlight them.  Next, click on the small green arrow in the upper left corner of the window.  Another window opens where you can move any deleted messages you highlighted back to your Inbox.



Also, do you use any other email propgrams or devices?  If yes, which ones and which versions please.
