When I go to check my bill, I constantly get this error. I have tried different browsers, different machines. Xfinity went so far as to change my email account (to try and solve this) and it didn't work. So now on top of not being able to check my bill, I no longer get email from anyone that had my old email account. Can anyone from Customer service or otherwise help?
