Can I use form responses for frequently asked questions?

I answer dozens of emails daily, all seeking instructions, and most of the answers fall into very few categories. If I could keep perhaps three stock paragraphs handy and insert one or more of them when appropriate into otherwise personalized messages, I could cut my response time by 75%. Can this be done, and if so, how?

Yiu could create a Folder in your Inbox.  Using Wird or a text editor.  Then, when yiu want to use any if the text, Ooen the folder and highlight the text you want to include in Compose window.  Back in tgecCompose window, hold down tgecCtrl and V key to insert it into your email.

To include something in tgecZcompose window to reply yo an email there!create a macro for each one in your Profile.
