Calendars won't sync

Calendars won't sync

I am trying to connect several co-workers to my calendar. I have followed all of the instructions included on the link included below. But the calendars will not sync. The double edge blue arrow shows up and says "This Calendar is still syncing. Please try again later." THAT WAS FOUR DAYS AGO! How can I get these calendars to sync up? Please advise.
