COMCAST DOES NOT EVEN ANSWER THEIR TELEPHONE!

I would like to just switch to a new E-Mail client because Comcast mail is horrible.  Can someone give me instructions on how to switch my E-Mail to Windows Live Mail.  I receive all of my feeds on Windows Live Mail and I would like to just get all of my E-Mails there.  You cannot get any help from Comcast because they do not even answer their phone and the "chat" like has disappeared.  I think Comcast bit off more than they could chew and they could care less about their customers.

I was very lucky because I consistently called Comcast and a very knowledgeable technician answered the phone, he had me put my computer in host mode, found the problem and switched me to Mozilla and now my E-Mails are coming through loud and clear.  Thank you Comcast, and to all of you who answered my E-Mail complaint and gave me all of that good advice.
