Business Emails are going to Spam Filter

Business Emails are going to Spam Filter

I have opened up two Comcast support tickets on this issue.

Business CR454430087
Residential CR454952913

It has been over 48 hours since I opened the business ticket and the issue is still not resolved.

Here is the issue. Since 4/15/2015 all emails form the dceager.com which are sent to a comcast.net user are going to the "Spam" folder. The dceager.com address is my business addresss which is hosted by Office365 (Microsoft.) The dceager.com domain is not on any DNS blacklists but it must be on an internal Comcast blacklist. Because of this blacklist I can't commuinicate with anyone that has a comcast.net address.

I've been on hold with Comcast Residential for 1.5 hours and counting. I've also tried Comcast Internet Security Team:888-565-4329. I've been holding for 45 minutes waiting for a representitive there.

Any ideas about how I can file a reqeust to get the dceager.com domain removed from the Comcast blacklist.
