Browser & Email Freeze's

Browser & Email Freeze's

When I am checking my email or browsing the enternet my screen freeze's. At the bottom of the screen I recieve this message "Xfinity is not responding". This happens several times while I am browsing or checking my email. I am using Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge in the browser. Who can I fix this problem?

Try clearing cache and browsing history in Edge, then restart it.
