Hello,

You need to setup a filter. Go to the following link and click on email filters and follow the steps.

If you have an email from the person in your inbox and are using the full version of Xfinity Connect you can set up a filter simply by highlighting the email in the inbox, right clicking and choosing New Filter.

 

If the sender address is always the same you don't need to set up another parameter.

You will need to delete the subject field from the filter setup.

 

Choose what you want to happen to the filtered mail.

 

Delete will delete it from the server and you will never see it.

 

If you do not see New Filter in the right text click menu, you will have to set it up through Preferences.
