accountinfo@usajobs.gov

 

Is blocked by comcast, I had a conversation with the chat person at comcast and found they were trying to sell me another package instead of possessing the knowledge to unblock websites.

 

I have turned off filters and and every setting I have access to.

 

Can anyone tell me who to contact that is able to unblock emails?

Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help you with this. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

I just got off the phone with them and they told me it was not them and there was nothing else they could do.

They also assured me there was no one else that I could speak to to resolve this issue.

 

Other than deleting the email account and creating it again I do not know what else i can do.

We're seeing messages come through from that address.  Are you sure they're attempting to deliver messages to your account?

Email Filters

I have been trying for months to remove my email filters. 

Is there a compentent Xfinity technition capable of fixing this problem.

I have spent hours on the phone and had my ticket escolated 2 levels with no progress.

I tried to delete my account and recreate it but apparently you need to wait 3 months before you can get a clean account with no filters. I can't wait that long.

My email is <Edited for personal information>

if there is a capable tech out there can you please remove the filters.

I don't have the energy to call the help desk again and deal with another script reader.

I still can not remove my filters. My account was restored with the filters that I can't delete.

No love with Comcast/Xfility , I guess i will just have to live with a defunct email account and never use filters again.

Are you having a blocked mail problem or a filter problem? I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. 

 

From our end it looks like we have delivered messages from usajobs.gov to your inbox.

If that is the case then no block for that address is enabled, and no filters from your account have prevented it.

 

Are you having different issues you are asking about? I'd like to get things fixed for you, I just need to know WHAT to get fixed.

Is that the issue? You want all the mail filters on your account removed?
