How do I block a certain email from a certain individual?

Assuming you are still using the older email format in Comcast, from the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>Email Filters.  There you can set up an filter to either discard or re-direct messages from the email address in question to another folder.  If you choose discard, you just won't see the messages.  They never get to the Inbox.
