Next problem with the new Comast e-mail service (on a side note, my folder names magically appeared right after my previous post on that subject): I can't open any attachments using the 3 options given ("view", "open in browser", and "download"). What is the resolution for this issue?
I am having the same problem. Also, I can't do a search of my inbox, get the error message "Mail folder could not be found".Also, clicking on the gear icon and then settings yields the error message "Failed to start application. Maybe you have connection problems. Please try again."
email works perfectly on my ipad and iphone, so it has to be a problem with the "improved" comcast email. Can anyone help? I've called Comcast, to no avail.
