Attachments to emails

When I try to attach a picture (or pictures) to an email, I get msg that there is no program that would allow pictures to be attached.  Why is this?  I have had no problems with other internet programs that I have used in the past, only with Comcast.  Any solutions?

Re: Attachments to emails

What is the size of the picture?
To attach a picture you must:
Click on Attachment tab in the composing window
A new window opens
Click on browse to navigate to the picture
Once located, click on the picture
Click open
Now you will automatically back to the attachment window
Click on attach.

You will see the name of the attachment now showing above the email you are sending.
