An Unexpected Error Has Occurred

For several months now after I login to my e-mail, I get the following error message: "An Unexpected Error Has Occurred. The problem has been logged and the support team has been notified. Please try the following: Close your internet browser completely and restart it. Verify that it is not an internet connectivity problem by trying to access other internet sites. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you." It is an annoyance to have this statement appear every time I login to my email. I have no problem clicking on the email tab and accessing my e-mail and no other connectivity problems. I want to have this error message removed and have done as the message suggests, I've called Comcast and explained it to them and the tech works on it and says they have removed it but no. I have done everything I can think of to remove it but nothing I do works. Has anyone had this problem and if so, how did you remove it? Thank you!
