All email arrives as read or is immediatly marked as read when it arrives.

All email arrives as read or is immediatly marked as read when it arrives.

I cleared history and cache on chrome and IE.

Rebooted new emails still arrive as read vs unread (bold).

This is for the comcast web email viewer.

 

Any ideas!?

Check your filters.

 

Preferences, Email, Filters.

Thanks for the quick reply but i have zero enabled filters.

This may be a coincidence but I didn’t change anything else and now my emails are coming in as unread as expected.

 

All i did was close the XFinity Connect iPad app which is what  was as using to look at some emails and folder on my iPad.

As soon as i closed it the next set of emails came in correctly.

 

This may not work for you but it worked for me.
