All Icons Missing From the Top Right Corner of Xfinity.com

What happend to the Email, TV, WIFI, and Home icons? I can see them in on the page I am writing this message on, but they no longer appear on the xfinity.com page, where they have always been. I don't see the menu dropdown (the thing with three line) either.

Did you try refreshing the page?  Also, try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.  If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.

Re: All Icons Missing From the Top Right Corner of Xfinity.com

Thanks for the reply. I've tried all of that, to no avail.

Using the developer tools option, I noticed that the code that renders the top menu in IE, does not appear in Chrome, on the my-xfinity.com home page. I realize that different browser render page elements in different ways, but IE uses very basic html/css to display the top navigation. Something that works just as well in Chrome.

Regardless, I found a way around it that will allow me to continue to use Chrome.

Thanks again for your help.

Re: All Icons Missing From the Top Right Corner of Xfinity.com

I'm having the same problem, started about a week ago. I tried Edge and IE, same result. I also installed Firefox and Google Chrome, same thing. No icons across the top. Anyone find a solution?

Re: All Icons Missing From the Top Right Corner of Xfinity.com

Same issue.  Tried refreshing, rebooting, deleting cache/cookies, another browser, resetting Chrome - no luck.

Tried Chat, then called Support. Since the icons do show on my wife's computer, advanced support says its a problem with my computer, not xfinity.

So I'll have to live with it since I have no idea how to fix this and so far find no answers via the Internet.

Any ideas????

Re: All Icons Missing From the Top Right Corner of Xfinity.com

this is not a solution, I have the same problems, no menus at the top of the page, no 'menu'

icon at the top to pull down.  Of course using a different browser works, duh...

I want to use Chrome, its been fine for years and suddenly nothing.

Re: All Icons Missing From the Top Right Corner of Xfinity.com

I am having same problem on my Imac.   No icons in right hand corner.

Also unable to download alternative browsers.   Problem is my imac is 9 years

old.  No longer able to download Oper Sys updates.   Xfinity email no longer

recognizes my present OS.    Only option is to buy a new PC with new OS.

However I am able to get into my email on my Iphone 7.

Re: All Icons Missing From the Top Right Corner of Xfinity.com

The only way I have been able to duplicate this issue is if I reduce my screen resolution to below a certain size, then all the icons are gone, and only the "hamburger" menu remains.  If you click on that then the other stuff is visible in a drop-down.
