All Comcast Customers Can't Get to My Financial Advisor's Website.

Hi, I can't access my financial advisor's website, www.solitudefinancial.com, and really need to get there. I am currently receiving a "DNS not found" error.  I can get anywhere else on the web. If I use my cell phone hotspot (not comcast), I can get to the site without any issues 100% of the time, but I need access from my laptop, i.e. using Comcast internet.  My advisor tells me that everyone who has Comcast service can't access the website but all his other clients can.  I did a traceroute and indeed the path to solitudefinancial.com times out 100% of the time.  I need to get to this site, please!  I've attached the traceroute report.

 

Please advise.

The site has DNSSEC configuration errors and won't be accessible using Comcast's or any other DNSSEC DNS until the site's admins correct the errors or DNSSEC admins make an exception for it. See http://dnsviz.net/d/www.solitudefinancial.com/dnssec/ and http://dnssec-debugger.verisignlabs.com/www.solitudefinancial.com.
