Adobe Flash constantly crashing Comcast's email

All I'm trying to do is access my email! The Comcast email is crashing multiple times a day, and I'm not trying to watch any videos - I think it's crashing over the video ads that Comcast is sending to my email account, the ones that show up in the right sidebar.  Please fix this.  I'm constantly having to reload the email page and its' exhausting. Thanks.

If you are using a browser such as Firefox, you can block ALL ads by installation the Adblock Plus extension.  It is now also available for Chrome, etc.  Just google the words I show in bold.
