Unable to open any contacts to change.

First, which version of Xfinity Connect are you using please? Full or Lite?  To check:  Open the Inbox then click on the Preferences tab.  Next click on the General icon.  A window will open showing which version you are ucrrently using.  Which one is it?


What happens exactly when you open the address book? Do you see your contacts?  If you do, you can place a checkmark next to the contact then click on delete to remove it from your address book.




Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
