Address Book won't load

Address Book won't load

When I click on Address Book it takes me to "calendar.comcast.net/ab/contact List/indexauth=done". On that page I get error message "Sorry, we were unable to load that page.

 

 

I NOTED SOMEONE ELSE IS HAVING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM.  I tried to paste what they wrote in the body of this message and received the error message to use CONTROL V.  I tried that several times and it wouldn't work!!!!!!

WHAT GIVES????

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way. If it works OK then you will know the problem probably lies with the first browser. eg: if you are using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Firefox.
