Adding a group email

I have a list of 50 people I need to add as a group.  Is there anyway to copy and paste the email addresses into a group email?

Not really.  But you can add multiple contacts to a group quite easily.  Open the Address Book, and to the left of each entry is a small checkbox.  Check each one you want in the group, and then go back to the top of the list and click on "Add to Group", a drop down will appear with any groups you already have in place.  Pick the one you want and you're done.
