Access denied to a website

For the first time, when I tried to open a website I have visited before, I get a message saying " You Do Not Have Permission to Access ... on this server.   Access denied.    Please help!

Re: Access denied to a website

Try clearing your cache and cookies, or accessing the site with a different browser or from a different device. If you get the same results and the web address you are using is correct, the messages mean the site is misconfigured, or is blocking your public Comcast IP. Either way you'll need to ask the site's admins for help with this. You can look up your IP at http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/computer where it is listed as "My public IP address".
