It's so hard to just ask a question.... frustrating...

I keep on getting messages on my e-mail that say my image file for the day is over the limit. Is asking me to delete the images. I have NO IDEA WHERE THOSE IMAGES ARE. I also HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. I just want someone to provide me with STEP BY STEP instructions on what to do, how to do it, where to go, and to simply set it up. I believe I only need to keep images for a month and those of when the system has been tripped. I figured it was automatically handled by xfinity. I just want this all to be simple. It feels like so much work. Also, please respond to my e-mail at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX... I have NO IDEA WHY I have to go to so many different places on the web for one simple service. That's why I have comcast so you can handle my phone, my cable, my internet, and my security system. Yes, I'm frustrated!!!

Happy Friday, Please Help
