HOW DO I SHOW THAT AN ADDRESS ENTRY BELONGS TO A CERTAIN GROUP?

You need to be more specific.  Do you mean you want to add a contact to a group in your address book, or something else?

Hi marjoriemiller -- I can help with this issue but can you explain this a little further please? Are you trying to have one email address that would email multiple people?
