8.1 windows outlook 2013 advanced settings, POP3, outgoing server failed

My accounting setting are not connecting to the outgoing server

8.1 windows

outlook 2013

advanced settings, POP3, incoming server port 995,(fine) and checked box to use authentication, SSL (NONE), outgoing server failed still with port 587 and 465.

 

What is the correct POP3 outgoing server port number?
